These terms govern your clinic's use of MedDeskOS. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually with no lock-in. Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice; we will assist with data export at no charge. We provide service availability targets and incident response procedures detailed in the master service agreement (available on request). Use of the platform for purposes other than clinical workflow management is prohibited.
