Speed of the receptionist
Every action should take fewer keystrokes than the paper register it's replacing.
About us
We built MedDeskOS because the alternative was three tabs, two notebooks, and a frustrated receptionist.
Every Indian clinic we visited had the same setup: an Excel register on the receptionist's screen, a paper chart in the doctor's drawer, a WhatsApp group for emergencies, and a calculator beside the cash box. The doctors weren't lazy. The existing software was either built for 500-bed hospitals or felt like a 2008 desktop app shrunk into a browser. We started MedDeskOS to ship the third option: a clinic OS that respects how a 2-to-20-doctor practice actually runs.
Every action should take fewer keystrokes than the paper register it's replacing.
If a drug interaction is dangerous, we warn, even if it means an extra click.
Your patients' records belong to you. Export is one click. There is no lock-in.
Built by a small team out of India who've sat in OPD waiting rooms watching the system fail in real time. We talk to clinicians every week and ship every fortnight.
