Write a prescription in under 30 seconds — with drug-safety checks built in.
Autocomplete from 100+ common Indian drugs, doctor + specialty-specific templates, automatic interaction warnings, Schedule H/H1 alerts, and A5 PDF generation with QR + signature.
The problem we solved
Paper prescriptions take 2+ minutes to write, are routinely illegible, and offer zero guardrails against dangerous drug combinations. The doctor who's seen 40 patients by 7 PM is the doctor most likely to miss a Warfarin + Aspirin interaction.
Most EMRs available in India today are either too slow (their drug search adds 30 seconds per Rx) or too thin (they print whatever you type, no checks). We built one designed around the doctor's hand speed.
What's in the box
Drug autocomplete
Search across 100+ common Indian drugs by brand name, generic name, or category. Schedule H/H1 controlled drugs are flagged inline. Adding a custom drug to the catalogue takes 10 seconds.
Specialty templates
Save any prescription as a template — common combos for fever, hypertension, paediatric URI — and re-apply in one click. Templates are per-doctor; one doctor's template never appears on another's screen.
Drug interaction warnings
20 known-dangerous pairs pre-loaded (Warfarin + NSAIDs, two SSRIs, Metronidazole + Alcohol, Sildenafil + Nitrates, …). HIGH-severity blocks save until the doctor explicitly overrides. Every override writes an AuditLog row.
Schedule H1 controlled-drug alerts
Schedule H1 narcotics show a banner before the doctor saves. The clinic admin sees the full Schedule-H1 prescription history in the audit log — required for clinic-level controlled-drug oversight under the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules.
A5 PDF with ABHA QR + signature
Generated server-side via headless Chrome — pixel-perfect typography, branded clinic header, embedded ABHA QR (when ABHA-linked patient), doctor's digital signature, follow-up date footer. Printable on standard A5; also shareable as PDF over WhatsApp.
Patient allergy + history inline
The patient's allergies appear above the drug list as a permanent banner. The last three prescriptions are one click away. The doctor never has to leave the prescription screen to check context.
Why this matters for an Indian clinic
An average GP sees 30–50 OPD patients a day. Saving 90 seconds per Rx is 45 minutes back per day — a full extra hour with patients or family. Multiply by every doctor in the clinic.
And every prescription saved this way is one the doctor can defend in a complaint: drug ID, dose, timestamp, patient consent, override reason, audit trail. The malpractice insurer's questions become routine paperwork.
