Can I use MedDeskOS on a tablet or phone?

Yes. The receptionist and doctor views are responsive. For the doctor's main encounter screen, a tablet in landscape or a laptop is recommended. A phone works, but the SOAP form is cramped on small screens.

Can two doctors run in parallel?

Yes. The queue routes by doctor, so each doctor sees only their own active token in consultation. The receptionist sees everyone.

Where is my data stored?

On managed Postgres in Mumbai (ap-south-1). Backups run nightly, retention 30 days. Encryption at rest and in transit.

Can I export everything?

Yes. Patient records export as CSV. Encounters export as FHIR R4 JSON. Both available from the patient detail page or from Settings → Export.

Do you train our staff?

Yes, included in onboarding. One live 30-minute session per role (receptionist, doctor, admin) over Zoom or in-person if you're in Bengaluru, Pune, or Mumbai.
